One diagnosis.
Would you choose your business?
A potential customer sees what is public. SCAN follows the same path, from discovery to inquiry, and looks for the gaps between the steps.

A strong first step cannot remove friction at the next one.

- Gap 03No Clear Next Step
A documented service and location query, with its source, search location and date.
Do they explain the work clearly?

Visible contact routes, and what the visitor is told to expect.
Conceptual customer journey. SCAN inspects public touchpoints without test calls or test leads.
Before more ads. Before a rebuild.
We look at the public experience your next customer sees.
30 defined checks. Six areas. One diagnosis.
Every check is named before the audit starts, and every one is observable from outside your accounts. We connect related findings and rank the work by what deserves attention first.

Illustrative example. Not a client result.
SCAN gives the recommendation and a completion check. Any effect on inquiries must be measured after implementation.
The choice next door
We compare your public presence with up to three relevant competitors in your primary market. What would make you easier to choose?
| Public signal / illustrative comparison | Example A | Example B |
|---|---|---|
| Main service | Broad | Specific |
| Service area | Unclear | Named |
| Next step | Learn more | Request estimate |
| Reasons to trust | General | Service-related |
A useful benchmark points to a decision, not just a competitor ranking.
Actual comparisons record the sources, sampled queries, location and date. We do not infer competitor revenue or ROI.
A written diagnosis your team can use without a meeting.
Your executive diagnosis connects the findings into a clear business decision.

01Who is SCAN for?
Established local and service businesses. Standard scope: one live website and its primary service area.
02What do I need to provide?
Your name, email and phone, your business name, what you do and your website. After payment, a short brief is optional: it helps us tailor the plan, and the 7-business-day clock does not wait for it. We use public sources, not your account logins.
03Can SCAN verify actual ROI?
No. Your revenue, how many visitors become customers and which ad brought each sale all need your private data and a separate review.
04Does $297 include the fixes?
The fee covers diagnosis and planning. Implementation requires a separate scope and price.
05Do I have to hire Point Higher?
No. You own the report and can use it with any team or provider.
The next service follows the diagnosis. You choose whether to continue. Everything We Promise — And What We Won’t
