Everything We Promise. And Everything We Won’t.
The terms of a SCAN Audit fit on one page, in plain language. Every line below matches the offer you pay for. Read them before you spend a thing.
Nine Promises. In Writing.
Not aspirations. The actual terms of a SCAN Audit, each one shown next to the line of the offer it rests on.
One Price. Paid Once.
$297 covers the diagnosis and the plan. No subscription and no ongoing commitment. If you later want us to do the work, that gets its own scope and its own price.
In The Offer“The fee covers diagnosis and planning.”
A Defined Scope, Named Up Front.
Thirty checks across six areas, each one named before the audit starts. It covers one live website and the main area you serve, compared with up to three competitors nearby.
In The Offer“Every check is named before the audit starts.”
A Fixed Delivery Window.
Your SCAN Audit arrives by email within 7 business days of payment. If a detail is missing, we ask by email instead of letting the date drift.
In The Offer“We confirm delivery and clarify any missing details by email.”
No Logins. No Call. No Test Leads.
We work from public sources, the same path a customer takes. We never ask for passwords or account invitations, and we never place test calls or submit test leads to your business. Buying does not put you on a call with anyone.
In The Offer“No sales call to buy. No account access.”
The Fee Counts Toward Your Next Step.
The fee is credited toward our Full Marketing Audit, or your first month of ongoing work with us (a retainer), if that work begins within 90 days of the day your SCAN report is delivered. One credit per business; it has no cash value and can’t be passed to someone else. The conditions are in the Terms of Service.
In The Offer“Paid once, and credited toward our Full Marketing Audit or a first month of ongoing work that begins within 90 days of your report.”
Evidence Behind Every Finding.
Each finding says where we saw it and when. What we saw is kept apart from what we think it means, so your team can check the work instead of taking it on trust.
In The Offer“Observed facts stay separate from interpretation.”
Limits Stay Visible.
Some things can’t be seen from outside your accounts. When we can’t assess a check, the report says so plainly instead of guessing.
In The Offer“A check we can’t assess, or one that doesn’t apply to you, never counts as a fail.”
A Person Reviews It Before You Do.
Software helps us gather the evidence. A person at Point Higher reviews every conclusion and puts the work in order before anything reaches you.
In The Offer“Evidence first. Human judgment before delivery.”
The Report Is Yours.
Keep it, share it and use it with your own team, your current provider or Point Higher. You are under no obligation to hire us, and you choose whether to continue.
In The Offer“Yours to keep and share.”
And Five Things We Will Never Promise You.
The promises an agency refuses to make tell you more than the ones it makes. These are the claims you will not find in a SCAN Audit.
A claim we will not make:
“Page one on Google, guaranteed.”We Won’t Promise Rankings.
We run sample Google searches for your service and area, and write down each search, the location and the date. That gives you a starting point and a plan, not a position no one can guarantee.
A claim we will not make:
“Twice the leads in 30 days.”We Won’t Promise Leads Or Revenue.
Each recommendation comes with a way to tell it’s done. Whether it brings more inquiries can only be measured after the work is in place.
A claim we will not make:
“Here is your true ROI.”We Won’t Claim To Verify Your ROI.
Your revenue, how many visitors become customers and which ad brought each sale all need your private data and a separate review. Public pages can’t show them.
A claim we will not make:
“Your rival clears $2M a year.”We Won’t Guess At Competitors’ Numbers.
We compare what anyone can see of you with up to three competitors nearby, and note where each detail came from. We don’t guess at their revenue or returns.
A claim we will not make:
“We found 47 critical issues.”We Won’t Pad The Findings.
We report what is actually there and say what already works. A check we couldn’t assess never counts as a fail.
Read Them? Good. Now See What Your Customers See.
A plain-language diagnosis of your public marketing, and a plan for what to fix first.
No sales call to buy. No account access. No ongoing commitment.
